a 2days1night camp.. really not something that would tire me out completely.. however.. the very fact that i would be attending a movie marathon the night before the camp.. now's that a different story..
i thought i would be able to sleep during movies which i am not interested in REwatching.. how terribly mistaken i was.. i couldn't sleep a wink at all!! it was simply too noisy!.. i ended up playing bridge with the 301ppl.. o and it was the first time i actually played it.. cuz i learned it on the spot in like 5min.. all its complicated rules and how to play and sorts.. gosh..Ivan and Me during movie marathon..

so it was time for ODAC.. finally.. its like 6 in the morning.. i dragged my sleepy body to the odac room from the hall to do some last min packing which took only like 2min max.. so i ended up playing basketball with zhi wei to pass the time till 6.30.. i huddled together with my new group in odac.. sadly a group which would be with me for only 3weeks or so.. it consisted of julia, hui li, joseph, kenniston and me!.. had some serious fun together during the camp.. from making our own campfire.. learning how to pitch our very own temporary tent in which we were to do so at night and sleep in it.. a night walk.. as in walking in pitch darkness with only lightsticks as out guide through the forest of pulau ubin.. and that out batch of J1 is really a singing one.. so many sopranos!! gosh..
orienteering on pulau ubin certainly is no joke.. running from one end to another.. finding the smallest of objects in tall grasses.. following an unreliable map.. leading in multiple cheers.. making new ones for my grp.. dealing with a non-wax hair..i look damn weird k..
walking back from the jetty carrying an immense amount of load on ur bag is really tiring.. that i have to agree.. i mean.. we walked from changi jetty to MJC!! which is approx 3hours walk! managed to keep myself occupied with crappy jokes.. singing.. cheering.. dancin the mass dances.. and well a whole load of stuff.. thanks to jun kai and ying fang!!
i can never explain how excited i am about this new cca of mine.. ODAC.. filled with a bunch of fun j1s.. caring j2s.. we simply rox the house.. !!
