CNY'07..[year of the golden pig] there was such a year to begin with? my gosh..
either ways.. CNY was truly a great time for me.. i get to meet up with my relatives, socialise with all my other cousins whom many i nv knew existed.. lol.. surprisingly they were abt the same age! i also get to gameble! As usual.. we had the traditional family potrait.. when i say tradition.. i mean in my family cuz we do it every year without fail..

Time flies.. really.. in such a short period of time.. so many things had happened.. Valentine's day.. crashing MJC.. CNY Celeb.. submission of my CLT application form..

well.. let's start things off with my crashing of MJC which more or less decided my options of JAE.. nvm the fact that i had to wake up early.. sacrifice my sleep and travel longer..MJC is so nice! i mean the school itself is nice.. small in size.. but NICE.. the design of the building.. colour.. everything!!.. u kinda guessed i placed MJC as my first choice right? lol

MJC visitor pass.. the one pass to rule em all.. LOL.. not.. it simply allowed me to crash every lecture and even tutorials.. =D..
although everything about MJC is nice.. the canteen food is erm... well.. compared to TPJC.. smaller in portion, more expensive and not as tasty.. aww well.. it is the oppurtunity cost.. lol.. when did econs appear..
i kinda surprised most of my dmn sch mates who were in there for PAE.. karen.. nicholas.. andre.. pei wen saw me there.. not sure if others did to.. but does it matter really? lol.. i went crashing with tk in yu heng's and ya kai's class.. S201 and S101 respectively. o yes.. did i mention that the visitor book had 5pages full of TPJCian crashers? lol.. i wonder what happened back there.. the courtyard must have been so empty.. =P..

alrights.. now on the Valentine's day.. what did i receive? to sum it all up.. a whole load of chocs.. sweets.. 3roses.. a shirt and a plush toy.. =D
thanks Xinyi!! for the plush toy and the tons of sweets u hid in that box there.. =P
and thanks also to Yijun for the shirt! and of cuz to the rest of you for the sweets.. chocs.. roses and cookies! i'm still tryin to finish them all!

CNY Celeb.. and now the main part of this posting.. we celebrated Karel's bade yesterday!!.. didn't managed to get her a gift in time due to our busy schedule but somehow charisse bought the cake!! thanks girl!! here's the photos!!

TPJC CNY concert was rather nice.. or at least better then the one's in sec sch.. the Chinese Ocherstra was splendid and so was the guest appearance of Jeremy!! Superstar Finalist!! he reached the semi finals if i am not mistaken..

Much has passed since the month of feb started .. for starters.. the college road run..
nvm the fact that i was "sabo"ed to run in the competitive category meaning i had to run 5km.. a full 2km longer then other ppl.. results happened to be released on that very same day! i wasn't able to concentrate on the run at all!! no matter how fit i was.. as long my mind was not focused, how could i expect myself to perform.. how was anyone to perform with that state of mind! either ways.. i ran.. and ran and ran.. watched the sun rise from the horizon of the sea as i ran the length of east coast park.. surprisingly.. the run went faster then i expected.. i ran faster then my usual timing.. clocking 20min23sec.. [ i timed on my own watch.. DUH! ] of cuz.. i didn win any prize as we were competing not only among J1s but also the J2s.. expectedly.. the soccer players and track n field ppl took almost all the prizes for top 30.. BUT.. our class.. XUE KAI.. he got 17!! gratz to him man!.. i on the other hand got 86.. not really a bad achievement really..

and now.. Results!!!
the dreaded day had finally arrive~!! the day i longed to come but never want it to come.. i was afraid to face reality.. afraid that i did not perform up to my standard.. my expectations.. my parent's and seniors and teacher's expectations.. not being able to enter my dream school.. TJC.. not being able to attain the goal of 9points nothing more.. to make matters worse.. i would be the last in my class of 41 to receive my results.. and i will wait as people around me jump for joy, weep, start tapping on their handphones incessently.. with all that commotion around me.. shouts of triumph.. how could i not feel intimidated.. how could i not feel happy for em.. what could i do expect for that? as i waited and prayed for the best.. i got my results at long last. with the following results..

i didn make my expectations.. but somehow i could not help but to feel happy then i did a favour to myself by proving to myself that i can achieve.. with such results.. it is considered good in other's eyes.. but not mine.. not after failing to reach the goal i set for myself 9points nothing more.. it meant i would not be able to enter TJC.. and have to settle down in another JC.. leaving me with yet another difficult decision to make.. where to go.. i found myself at a crossroad with plentiful routes.. my intended route being closed upon me.. road blocked.. i detoured and settled upon Meridien JC.. as my first choice.. heck to all its rumours that its stress placed upon its students shoulders could kill.. i work best under pressure.. or at least that's what people tell me.. and time and time again i cant help but admit that they are right to an extent.. how much i'm not sure myself.. but it didn't really matter.. it is my future.. it is what i make of it.. and i will mould mine to be a bright one.. in academics and cca alike..

Time Flies..
the month of january have finally come to a close.. a full month in TPJC flew by with a snap of the finger.. memories formed etched within my mind.. and on 9Feb would determine if this class of mine would stay together as one big happy family.. highly unlikely i know.. but how i wish we can all still be together..
and of cuz.. what's the end of the month without celebrating our january's babies special day!!

it is officially 4days.. juz 4days before the results are released on 9Feb.. which also happens to be my road run.. darn.. lol.. and my Bro's bdae as well.. gosh.. how pack can a day get? nvm the stress i'm gonna get on that day.. V day is coming.. plus i'm rushing to make the class jacket which costs abt $30.. i'm going into a financial problem very soon.. gotta start saving a lot more now.. but its hard.. espcially when school ends so late and the CCAs trainings which just make you so hungry and in need of sport drinks to quench your thirst!.. o well.. that's JC life for us i guess.. i had better get used to it.. espcially if i am to stay on in TPJC and even more so if i were to go on to TJC..

9 Points Nothing More.. the goal i had set myself since last year after my mid year.. would it be realised? or simply just another wild ambition.. only time will tell..

o yes.. ppl.. do pay me the money for the jacket tml 07s04s!! i'm heading down to Queensway to get it done.. AGAIN.. man just like last year when i made the class jersey.. oo.. the adidas jerseys.. =D
